Every resident should have a key fob for access through the electronic gates and an annual wrist band for themselves and their guests to use at the pool. If you are unable to gain access through the gate, please contact Silverleaf Management to check if your account is in good standing or if there is a problem with your card. Additionally, a small fee may be charged for replacement or reactivation of key fobs and wrist bands. These measures ensure the security and exclusivity of the amenities at Haddonfield while also providing a means to resolve any access issues promptly.

To resolve the issue as soon as possible, please communicate with Silverleaf, the management company for Haddonfield HOA, and file an appeal if needed. It is important to take action promptly to avoid any further consequences and to maintain a positive relationship with the homeowners' association.

At Haddonfield, it is the responsibility of each resident to ensure they have their gate access card in their possession at all times. This card grants access to the community and its amenities, and residents should take care to not lose or misplace it. Additionally, when utilizing the community pool, residents must be present with their guests at all times. Failing to adhere to these guidelines may result in the loss of amenity privileges. It is important for all residents to abide by these rules to ensure the safety and security of the community.

At Haddonfield, we take the safety and security of our community seriously. In accordance with our regulations, signage in the parking lot states that cars will be towed if left overnight. To enforce this policy, a warning sign will first be placed on the car, and if it is not moved, it will be towed at the owner's expense. Additionally, loitering of outside guests is not allowed on the premises. We also want to emphasize that our pool, pavilion, and parking lot are monitored by live cameras to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines and contributing to a safe and enjoyable community environment.
